Service Terms & Conditions
The following terms govern all consulting, support, and technical services provided by WiFyn LLC.

These Terms & Conditions outline how WiFyn LLC (“WiFyn,” “we,” “our”) delivers consulting, network support, and technical services. By purchasing hours, monthly support plans, or project services, you agree to the terms on this page

1. Hourly Rate

  • WiFyn’s standard consulting rate is $175/hr, billed in 15-minute increments.

  • New customers must purchase a minimum of 2 hours before scheduling.

  • Initial support calls for new customers are billed at a 1-hour minimum.

  • This rate applies Monday through Saturday during normal and extended support hours.

2. Emergency & After-Hours Rates

  • Emergency, after-hours, Sunday, or U.S. holiday work is billed at $350/hr, with a 1-hour minimum, then 15-minute increments.

3. Billable Services
The following activities are considered billable time:

  • Remote troubleshooting

  • On-site work

  • Network configuration

  • Email or message-based support that requires investigation

  • Documentation or follow-up tasks

  • Time spent on deliverables

  • Review, planning, or architecture work

Billable time begins at the scheduled appointment time or the moment work begins.

4. Expiration of Purchased Hours
Unused hours or support credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
Expired hours cannot be refunded or redeemed.

5. Project-Based Pricing
Large deployments may use fixed project pricing. If the client changes network configuration during an active project and it causes extra troubleshooting, rollback, or correction, those additional hours are billed at $175/hr.

Clients should not alter critical configuration without WiFyn approval.

6. Invoicing

  • Projects over $500 may be invoiced 50% up front and 50% upon completion.

  • Projects under $500 are billed as Time & Materials, payable in advance.

  • All invoices are due upon receipt.

  • A 10% late fee will be applied to invoices unpaid after 30 days.

  • Work will pause on any account with an outstanding balance over 30 days.

7. Refunds

  • Hours can be refunded within 60 days if unused.

  • After 60 days, unused hours are non-refundable.

  • For discounted hour blocks, used time is recalculated at $175/hr before refunding any remaining balance.

  • Payment processor fees (Stripe, PayPal) are non-refundable.

8. Subcontractors
WiFyn may use trusted subcontractors for specialized work or faster scheduling. All work is supervised and held to WiFyn’s standards.

9. Missed Appointments
Missing a scheduled appointment without 60 minutes’ notice results in half the scheduled time being deducted (minimum 30 minutes).

10. Travel for On-Site Work
Local on-site work includes one-way travel time with a 1-hour minimum.
Example: 30 minutes travel + 15 minutes work = 1 hour billed.

11. No Recording
Recording (screen, audio, or video) of support sessions is not permitted without written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability
WiFyn’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the contracted service.
Not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

13. Warranty
Due to the nature of technical work, no warranty is offered on hourly services.
All time spent is billable regardless of outcome.

14. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time via email or written notice.
Any hours worked before termination remain billable.

Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing time, support plans, or project services from WiFyn LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
