Does the Home Network Care plan include on-site visits?
No — the Home Network Care plan covers remote monitoring and firmware updates only. If an on-site visit is needed, we bill at $185/hour for labor.
When do firmware updates happen?
We schedule all firmware updates at 3AM so your network is never disrupted during business hours or everyday use.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Just contact us and we'll make the switch.
What does ISP Failover Management mean?
We manage your backup internet connection. If your primary ISP goes down, your network automatically switches to the backup — we monitor and manage the whole process.
What is the hourly rate for on-site visits?
Our on-site labor rate is $185/hour. This applies to any visit not covered under your support plan, including new installs, hardware replacements, or hands-on troubleshooting.
Do I need to already have UniFi hardware?
No — we can install a full UniFi system for you first, then enroll you in a support plan. Contact us for a free consultation and quote.
